Meaningful Work in Argentina

First validation of the Work and Meaning Inventory (WAMI) in an Argentine population. A master's thesis with direct implications for organizational commitment management.

Sebastián Saraví

Psychologist (UP), Master's in Human Resources Management (UdeSA), and Specialist in Integrative Cognitive Psychotherapy (Aiglé).

With over ten years of experience in purpose-driven organizations, I currently serve as Director of People, Culture & Justice at Patagonia.

As a Teaching Assistant at UdeSA, I teach Organizational Behavior and HR Strategy — a space that allows me to bridge research and practice.

My background includes eight years at Natura Cosméticos, where I led and participated in local and regional projects in culture, strategy, and organizational transformation.

I created Weven Studio to integrate what I'm most passionate about: rigorous research, creative solution design, and genuine support for people and organizations.
